Horizontal Stanchion Base – 10 Series T-Slot

Designed for 10 Series T-slot extrusion, this horizontal stanchion base provides a secure mounting point for adding a horizontal tube or rod to a frame or assembly. The standard configuration accepts 1″ diameter tubing and allows the tube to extend from either side of the bracket.

Unlike conventional metal-to-metal clamping designs, our bracket uses a replaceable Delrin split ring to securely grip the tube while helping prevent scratching or marring its surface.

Custom split rings can be produced for different diameter rods or alternative profiles, including square, triangular, and hexagonal shapes. Shaped inserts can also provide indexed orientation adjustment, allowing the operator to rotate the component to the desired position and lock it securely in place. Application-specific split rings can be 3D printed or custom machined as required.

Mounting holes are designed for standard through-bolting to 10 Series T-slot extrusion and can also accept 1/4″-20 threaded inserts, allowing the bracket itself to be threaded for alternative mounting configurations.
