Setting up Your Custom Adapter

A1 – Major diameter of thread.

A2 – Thread pitch 

B1 – Outside diameter of locating lip

B2 – Length of locating lip

C1 – Flange height

D – Outside diameter of flange.

E – Outside diameter of bearing lip.

F1 – Mounting hole size.

F2 – Number of mounting holes

F3 – Diameter on which the mounting holes are located.  For flanges with even number holes, this is the distance between two opposing holes.

Default diameter is 4mm larger than the A1 Thread
Default length is 1.5mm
Default length is 5mm
Default diameter is 6mm larger than the locating lip diameter (B)
Default diameter is 6mm larger than the thread diameter (A1)
Default holes are drilled for a #2 wood or machine screw
Default number of mounting holes is 4.
Default dimension is equal to the Bearing OD (E) + 10mm.
